The purpose of the Lyon County Law Library (LCLL) is to provide legal information support to attorney members of the LCLL. Physical access is available to library members during courthouse hours - typically, 8-5 Mon - Fri. Public access is available Wed & Thurs mornings from 9 to noon, or by appointment - call or email to make arrangements. 2009 CLEs HIPAA Law is the topic for the July 15 CLE scheduled for the jury assembly room of the Lyon County Courthouse, 430 Commercial from 11 am to 1:30 pm. Frankie Forbes of Holbrook & Osborn, P.A., will be the speaker for this event, which is sponsored by the Mental Health Center of East Central Kansas. Lunch will be provided and registration is free.
